AFAP (as fast as possible)
10 burpee/pull-ups
10 KB swings 45lbs
10 tire flips (5 down & 5 back)
10 toes to bar
10 air squats w/ruck
ruck run/walk 1/2 mile out and back (1mi total)
Repeat a full 2nd set as described above, then finish with
10 burpee/pull-ups
