Warm up
Run 1 mile @ 8min/mile or Row 2k
Skill technique:
x10 push press (empty bar or PVC pipe)
x25 air squats
x15 Wall ball shots
x10 pull-ups

WOD:
14 min AMRAP (As many rounds as possible)
8 Push Press 115/75#
8 Wall Balls 20lbs
8 Knees To Elbows
