Mon 14 May WOD

Warm up
Agility based warm-ups 10-15mins to include hip opening exercises
Skill- minimum 10 sit-ups, 5 dead hang pull-ups & 10 push ups
Run 400m @8-9min mile pace


WOD: AFAP (as fast as possible)
2 mile run
then.......
50 butterfly sit-ups 
50 toes to bar
50 burpees
