Todays WOD for me: 5 rds 10 push up cleans, 10 sit ups, 10 kb swings 35lbs, 10 box jumps... 3 sets bench press maxed at 205, 3 sets dead lift maxed at 245, 5 burpee pull ups, 50 butter fly sit ups
