Warm up: (Skill work) focus on technique
Agility based movements 10-15 mins
1 mile run @ 75% of 2mi time
x5 Front squats
x25 push-ups
x10 pull-ups

Rest 5mins

21-15-9 reps for time of:
95/65lb Front squat
Burpees
Pull-ups
